Every item we sell is cleaned and tested before it reaches you. But if you want your purchase to look and feel as close to new as possible, our Ultrasonic Clean & Service takes things to another level.

What's included?

This isn't a quick wipe down. We fully disassemble your item, clean every component inside and out, and put it all back together with care.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Deep ultrasonic cleaning. All removable parts go through our industrial ultrasonic cleaner, which uses high-frequency sound waves to shift years of built-up dirt, dust, and grime from every surface and crevice, including the places you can't reach with a cloth.

Hand detailing. Once everything is ultrasonically cleaned, we go over each part by hand. Shells, buttons, ports, vents, and labels are all individually detailed to bring them back to life.

Lubrication and mechanical care. Moving parts like disc drive rails, cartridge slots, and trigger mechanisms are cleaned and freshly greased so everything operates smoothly.

Surface protection. We finish by applying specialist plastic-safe protective sprays that help guard against yellowing, dust build-up, and general wear going forward. Your console or controller leaves us looking better than it has in years, and stays that way for longer.
